This is great because you wouldn’t have a hard time finding information but it also has its disadvantages.
It’s harder to know which methods actually work. Some methods out there are also super complicated.
If you agree with the last statement, I’m gonna help you realize that it’s not as complicated as what the media makes it seem.

How do I reality shift faster?
There are so many manifestation methods but the fastest way is through these four simple steps: Setting an intention, visualization, meditation, and trusting the universe. That’s what I’m going to teach you today.
But before we go into how to reality shift faster, let’s first discuss what shifting reality is.
What is reality shifting?
Have you watched the movie “The Matrix?” Keanu Reeves fans, where are you at?
If you haven’t, then what are you waiting for? And if you have, you probably understand the notion of reality shifting.
On the surface, we have one reality, yet numerous realities or dimensions are going on at the same time.
In a nutshell, reality shifting is the technique of changing your consciousness from your Current Reality (CR) to another reality, one that you desire.
While it seems like a fascinating notion, and it was certainly a good breather after the almost two years we’ve all experienced due to the epidemic, does reality shifting truly work?
Could we really jump from our current reality into a completely different one?
The answer is yes!
Reality shifting allows you to change the vibrational journey from your current reality to your desired reality.
With this technique, your only limit is your imagination.
Remember that your thoughts create your reality.
For example, you can’t make yourself coffee without first thinking of making coffee.
Apple iPhones didn’t exist in reality until Steve Jobs thought about it and now we live in a reality where Iphones are a thing.
If you can see it in your imagination, it already exists in the quantum field. It’s already one reality out of infinite possible realities.
What are the different reality shifting methods?
If you’ve lately fallen into the TikTok rabbit hole, you’ve probably seen the reality shifting phenomenon.
The #RealityShifting hashtag has already used billions of times.
There are even TikTok accounts dedicated to the subject, with loads of hints and answers to frequently asked questions.
In other words, the trend is on the rise.
TikTokers have popularized many rituals and ways to shift realities, which may be done while awake or while asleep.
The raven method
All you do in this method is laying down in a starfish posture for 10 minutes, counting to 100 while focusing on your desired reality.
You will state ‘I am shifting’ as you fall asleep…and then you’ll wake up in that desired reality.
The pillow method
This one is also called “scripting” and entails writing your preferred reality on paper in order to feed your subconscious mind with information about what you want to experience before going to sleep.
After that, you awaken in that parallel reality.
The Julia method
To use the Julia method shifting, you must first meditate.
You begin by lying on your back and repeating “I am” until you experience symptoms.
When you begin to feel your symptoms, say affirmations such as “I am shifting” or “I am in my preferred reality.”
When you are entirely detached from your physical body, envision whatever you want and truly feel what it is like to live in your new reality.

How long does it take to shift realities?
The method that I’m going to show you only takes 3 minutes but only the universe knows the exact time when it will work for you.
It depends on the person. It can take days, weeks, or months, only the universe can tell.
But what I’m sure of is that the more we let go and trust the universe, the faster we can shift to a different reality.
I will talk about why trusting the universe is so important later in this article.
What I’m saying is, don’t be concerned about how long it takes.
It’s a perspective-changing process, and worrying about not shifting is not a smart mindset.
Worrying creates resistance and resistance repels those that we’re trying to attract.
You have to truly believe that your new reality is possible and you have to be completely relaxed when you do the rituals.

The Fastest Shifting Method For Beginners
There are so many different reality shifting methods but I’m going to teach you the fastest way. This method has four simple steps.
1: Set your intention
The first step in how to shift reality faster is setting your intention for the day.
‘Intention’ is the new buzzword that appears to be in many spiritual resources these days.
The term is simple enough to grasp, but we’ve been wondering lately what “intention” actually means.
Setting an intention engages a fraction of your receptivity.
If you go out in the day without having established any goal or formed any sort of idea of how you want the day to go, you’re riding a bike with no direction.
It could be nice to let fate take its course sometimes, but if you know where you want to go, the power of intention will help you get there.
When you set an intention, you are activating your receptivity, manifesting, and putting forth that which you wish to attract and bring into your life.
Once you’ve decided on your intention, it’s time to declare it to the universe.
You can do this on your bed as soon as you wake up.
Think about what would be the most ideal day for you today.
Would it be finding money unexpectedly on the street?
Getting a raise at work?
Would it be finding your soulmate?
Or maybe finally living your life purpose?

2: Visualize your day
Step number two is to visualize how your day would unfold if it did perfectly.
So you close your eyes, take a deep breath, and visualize.
That would be your perfect day and make sure to feel the emotions and feel the sensations.
The smell, the colors, the energy, the people, the way the air feels when it blew on your face, etc.
Make it as real as possible in your head. That is going to be your reality for the day.
Visualization works because it taps into the strength of our subconscious mind.
When we imagine our dream reality as complete, we create a subconscious tension between what we are seeing and what we have.
The unconscious cannot differentiate between what is happening in our reality and what is only in the mind.
When we visualize and feel positive emotions from it, we vibrate in the frequency of our desired reality.
When that happens, it’s only a matter of time till our outer reality catches up.
Step number three is to do a short meditation.
Detachment from thoughts helps you to view your thoughts as an outsider.
You can do this through meditation and practicing it until it becomes habitual.
Some people are so attached to their thoughts that it becomes their identity.
They form their sense of self from these thoughts. Remember that our thoughts become our realities.
The more attached we are to our thoughts, the harder it is to change our realities. The more detached we are, the easier it is to shift.
Meditation is the best way to help us detach from our thoughts. It is the deliberate practice of spending time with our minds.
We take time out of our hectic days to sit, breathe, and concentrate on our breathing.
This enables us to become more conscious of our thoughts and connect with the present moment.
Keep your eyes closed, focus on your breath, and still your mind.

You can do a 5 to 10-minute meditation or even longer if you like.
Step four is to open your eyes and trust that you will have the reality you desire today. This is the final step on how to reality shift faster.
To let go means to stop stressing about whether or not it will work or how long it will take.
This type of anxiety simply leads to resistance!
In other words, it prevents you from shifting to your dream reality.
To let go means to be able to go about your everyday life without a care in the world because you trust in the universe.
Things flow more easily when you trust and believe.
Is there any cause to be concerned if you honestly believe that your dream reality is finding its way into your life?
To be afraid, or to worry over every small detail? Nope.
Do you want a reality where you have so much money while doing the things you love?
Trust and believe that it will become your reality.
If you believe that the world is conspiring in your favor, you will enjoy the remainder of your day.
You’d let go of the ‘how’ and ‘when,’ and just feel good about doing your ritual.

Is shifting realities dangerous?
Shifting realities is not dangerous as long as you change to a reality that makes you feel secure. If you find yourself in a state of fear or danger, don’t stay there.
Remember that you can always return and that you cannot become trapped in the new world. You have complete command.
Are there shifting methods without visualization?
There’s a shifting method that doesn’t require visualization called scripting. It only requires writing.
Some people also call this ‘the pillow method’. You just have to recite your script and affirmations, put the paper under your bed, and believe.

There are many possible reasons why you can’t shift realities but the most common one is that you’re probably obsessing over the result instead of letting go.
